The polycarbonate honeycomb core shows a unique biomimetic structure, similar to the Natural beehive. The honeycomb core comprises circular, round, hole-shaped cells arranged in rows connected to the upper and lower panels. The honeycomb core's I-beam structure provides characteristics of lightweight, high strength, shockproof, thermal insulation, heat insulation and sound insulation. The main fields of application of the polycarbonate honeycomb are deflectors for laminar directional flow ventilation, ventilated curtains for the commercial refrigeration industry, wind tunnels and climatic chambers.

Due to its lightweight and high strength, it can be perfectly combined with panels of many different materials, such as acrylic, PVC, stone, wood, various metals, etc. When combined, it has a wider range of uses. It can be used as a beautifying lightbox, decoration for home and office environments (partitions, floors, roofs, platforms, etc.), and can also be used as exterior walls.
Ⅲ. Application of our PC honeycomb panels
Application:
Flow equalization net for display cabinets, refrigerated cabinets and various air volume rectification equipment;

Using way: 1. Install the current equalizing net directly in the equipment rectifier tank;
2. Compound PC honeycomb core and various light-transmitting plastic boards into honeycomb decorative panels.
